Free Shipping

Orders that total $150 or more receive free UPS SurePost shipping (United States only). All UPS SurePost shipments will take approximately 2-7 days (delivery days Monday-Saturday) after 1-3 business days processing time. Amalli Talli does not fulfill or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship.

Flat Rate Shipping

For all merchandise purchases under $150, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for UPS SurePost shipping (United States only). All UPS SurePost shipments will take approximately 2-7 days (delivery days Monday-Saturday) after 1-3 business days processing time. Amalli Talli does not fulfill or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship.

International Shipping

We ship internationally through UPS Standard shipping service. We will not be offering any other carriers or rates at this time. We have found that these options provides the best quality and highest level of service for our international customers. You may calculate shipping during the checkout process, before completing payment. International customers are responsible for 100% of the shipping costs. Cost of shipping is determined by weight & size of package as well as package destination. Shipping time will vary by destination. Estimated shipping times are 2 - 7 business days. 

There may be additional duties, taxes, VAT charges, brokerage fees, etc. applied by customs and the carrier. These charges are not included in original shipping costs and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Amalli Talli. The customer is 100% responsible for all additional customs and duties owed. Once the package is in customs, if the customer chooses not to pay duties or other additional fees, or refuses the package, Amalli Talli will not refund original shipping back to the customer. In addition, any return shipping costs we incur to have the package sent back from us will be deducted from your refund amount.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping addresses are correct and that the location accepts deliveries.  If a package is delivered to the address stated incorrectly on the order and cannot be recovered, the customer is liable for this shipment and will not be refunded. If a package is delivered to the address stated incorrectly on the order and is returned to us by the receiver, the order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping fees (if paid).  To receive your shipment back, a new order must be placed.  

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

To report a lost or stolen package, please email our customer service team at info@amallitalli.com with your name, shipping address, and order number and our team will assist you with a claim.

To report a damaged package, please email our customer service team at info@amallitalli.com. Please include your name, order number, pictures of any damages and/or pictures of items included/items missing, and our team will assist you with a claim.

Requests to Edit or Cancel Orders

Orders cannot be modified for any reason once they have been submitted. Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason after they have been fulfilled. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to an order once submitted. Any orders that are refused upon arrival by the customer will not be refunded by Amalli Talli.
