RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns & Refund Policy

If something doesn’t work out for any reason, send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days for a refund in the original form of payment. Returns must be post marked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment. All merchandise must be unworn, tagged, and in its original condition. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, animal hair or similar product stains will be returned to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.  No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 30 days of the date you received will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt or cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

Please indicate on the return order details page (included with your invoice) which items you will be returning and why. Do so by inputting the designated reason code below next to the product(s) you will be returning.  This page must be included in the shipment back to us to be able to process your return.

All returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.


Exchanges

We recommend simply returning the original and repurchasing the desired item online, as its the quickest option to get your new item to you.  However, should you prefer, we are able to accommodate exchanges for the same item only, but in a different size or length through your return package.  Please mail back the merchandise to be exchanged following the return instructions above, noting the item to be exchanged and the new size/length desired.  If the item is sold out and no longer available, we will notify you.  For items under $75, we will need credit card information and a flat rate shipping fee of $6.50 will be charged.  The accompanying return form in your order will allow you to provide this information.  We will ship to the same address on file, unless otherwise noted on your return form.


Free Shipping

Orders that total $75 or more receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping (United States only). All USPS Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 2-4 business days after 1-3 business days processing time. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has finished processing and is ready to ship.

Flat Rate Shipping

For all merchandise purchases under $75, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.50 for USPS Priority Mail shipping (United States only). All USPS Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 2-4 business days after 1-3 business days processing time. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has finished processing and is ready to ship.

USPS Priority Mail Express 2-Day

Orders must be received by 2 pm Central Standard Time (CST) Monday - Thursday / 12 pm CST Friday and will processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after these times will be processed and shipped the following business day. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has finished processing and is ready to ship.

USPS International Priority Shipping

We ship worldwide through the United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. Cost of shipping is determined by weight of package and package destination. Shipping time will depend on the destination - up to 10 business days following 1-3 business days processing time. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has finished processing and is ready to ship.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re-shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim.
